This is a space for deep listening—to your body, your spirit, and the sacred truth that already lives within you. Here, we move at the pace of breath and intuition, weaving together shamanic energy medicine, ceremony, and embodied presence.
Each offering is a doorway. Whether you’re seeking gentle recalibration, deep transformation, or a moment to reconnect with your soul’s “yes,” you’ll find a space that feels safe, intimate, and alive.

Before you can feel your yes, you have to learn how to say no.
Not the polite kind.
Not the conditioned one that still apologizes.
I’m talking about the sacred no—the boundary, the pause, the full-bodied “not this” that makes space for something more true.
For so long, I said yes to things that felt off. People, patterns, expectations. I overrode my own knowing.
Until one day, my body said no for me.
That was the beginning.
The Sacred Yes was born from that threshold—the space where we stop abandoning ourselves and start listening, deeply.
This space isn’t about perfection or pretending we’re whole.
It’s about remembering that healing is layered, messy, nonlinear… and entirely worth it.
Here, we work with energy, spirit, and body to clear what no longer belongs.
So that, little by little, your yes becomes unmistakable.

A 3- or 6-month guided journey of consistent soul work, mentorship, and energy medicine sessions. Designed for those who want deep transformation and ongoing support as they move into a new chapter of life.

What a Session Feels Like
No two sessions are the same—because no two people are carrying the same story.
Each session is intuitively guided, based on what your body, energy field, and spirit are asking for in that moment. Some sessions are quiet and hands-on, working subtly with the energy field to clear what doesn’t belong. Others are more verbal—gently tracking patterns, old beliefs, or generational threads that may still be running the show.
This is deep work, but it’s soft.
You don’t have to force or fix anything.
You’re met exactly where you are—without pressure, without judgment.
My role is to create a safe, grounded space where you can finally rest your nervous system, release what you’ve been carrying, and return to the wisdom of your own Sacred Yes.
Most people leave feeling lighter, clearer, more rooted in themselves—and more able to move forward with truth, not just habit.

About the Lineage I Work With
The energy medicine I practice is rooted in the teachings of the Q’ero lineage of the Andes—wisdom keepers and descendants of the Inka, who have carried their sacred traditions through generations with humility, reverence, and deep connection to the Earth.
The Q’ero are known not for plant medicine, but for their powerful energy healing practices, ritual work, and their relationship with the natural and spirit worlds. Their way is one of deep listening, of reciprocity (ayni), and of working in harmony with the forces of nature to restore balance in the body, mind, and soul.
I have been taught these techniques by the Four Winds Society headed by Dr Alberto Villoldo and Marcela Lobos.
The tools I use—like the mesa (medicine bundle), rites of passage, and energy clearing practices—come from this lineage, passed through a modern tradition of study that honors the elders and teachers who still carry this living wisdom.
I’m committed to practicing in right relationship with the land, the people, and the source of these teachings—offering this work with integrity, humility, and deep respect.

Karoline is a trauma-informed Shamanic Energy Medicine Practitioner devoted to helping others come home to themselves. Rooted in the Q’ero lineage of the Andes and guided by deep integrity, her work bridges ancient wisdom with modern nervous system awareness.
With a grounded, intuitive approach, Karoline supports clients in releasing stored emotional residue, unraveling generational patterns, and reconnecting with their inner truth.
